He has built and grown teams with multiple agents and administrators and is an active participant on various trade industry and corporate relocation councils.

Roche earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, and his M.B.A from the University of Baltimore. A proud Girl Dad to two young professionals, Roche currently lives in Ellicott City with his wife. When he’s not selling or talking about real estate, he loves telling jokes, golfing, skydiving and traveling to beaches both foreign and domestic to try out the local cuisine.
