Alexandria, VA | October 17, 2025 - We’re excited to celebrate Debbie Irwin who is taking on the role of Assistant Broker supporting our Fredericksburg, King George, and Stafford offices! With two decades in real estate and 15 years as a broker, Debbie brings extensive experience, an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for helping agents grow their business while staying compliant and confident. She is a valued member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, and we’re thrilled to see her taking on this leadership role.

In her new role, Debbie will partner closely with the managing broker to keep transactions and documentation running smoothly, answer agents’ questions in real time, and ensure all files meet compliance standards. She’ll also be leading hands-on training to help agents make the most of the incredible tools and technology available through PenFed Realty. For Debbie, it’s all about empowering agents with the knowledge and systems they need to succeed.

Before joining the leadership side of real estate, Debbie’s diverse background spanned roles in retail buying, quality assurance, human resources, and housing coordination—giving her a problem-solving mindset and a knack for creating structure and efficiency. She’s served as Broker of the Year and held numerous leadership roles with the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR), including President and Foundation Governor, where she helped raise funds to support local housing initiatives.

When she’s not supporting agents or streamlining office systems, Debbie is known as “Mimi” to an adorable grandson and two foster kiddos—and a devoted dog mom with dreams of starting her own petting zoo someday.
