Danny brings a unique professional blend of entrepreneurial experience, coaching expertise, and real estate success that makes him an invaluable resource to our team. He joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty with his wife Christy in 2020, and together they built one of the Top 50 teams in the Mid-Atlantic region, quickly establishing themselves as leaders in the market.

In his new role, Danny will focus on helping agents grow their business and build sustainable careers. He leads trainings, masterminds, and sales meetings designed to inspire immediate action, coaches agents individually to reach their goals with confidence, and partners with leadership to streamline onboarding and business planning. Danny’s mission is to provide agents with the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive while creating a culture of collaboration and high performance at PenFed Realty.

Danny’s journey began long before real estate. For over a decade, he launched and managed a chain of martial arts studios across multiple locations, honing his skills in leadership, training, and people development. That experience, combined with his hands-on success in real estate, gives him a perspective that agents can rely on to grow their business, overcome challenges, and create a long-term plan for success.

When he’s not mentoring agents, Danny cherishes time with his wife, Christy, their kids, and their new grandbaby. A local to Northern Virginia who has called Fredericksburg home since 2009, he balances family life, occasional golf, and a deep commitment to helping others achieve their goals. As he puts it, “I’ve always been driven by growth: developing people, building businesses, and creating opportunities for success.
