Her career has been defined by a practical, relationship-focused approach to building strong teams, elevating agents, and expanding office operations.
Sharon’s proven track record includes serving as Area Manager supporting agents in Mt. Airy, Frederick, Frederick Monocacy, and Hagerstown, earning the #1 spot for recruiting managers in the region and ranking 9th companywide for overall office profitability. Throughout her executive career, she has also spearheaded strategic market expansions into the Frederick market, overseen regional operations across Howard and Carroll counties, and served as a competitive professional business coach with Buffini & Company to guide real estate professionals across the industry in building sustainable businesses.
