Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty has named top-performing real estate agent Sam Plott as Branch Manager of its Bon Air and Regency Virginia offices.

In his new role, Plott will focus on supporting local real estate agents with the strategic guidance, resources, and leadership needed to scale their businesses and deliver exceptional service across Greater Richmond. Bringing the dual perspective of a top-performing agent and a licensed broker, he understands firsthand the daily opportunities and challenges agents encounter in today’s market.

Plott brings a distinguished track record of professional excellence to his leadership post. A licensed broker with several real estate designations and certifications, he completed the prestigious Richmond Association of REALTORS® (RAR) Leadership Development Academy and has maintained membership in the RAR Circle of Excellence for five consecutive years. His accomplishments also include being named Corporate Buyer’s Agent of the Year in 2024.

Beyond his professional achievements, Plott is an active leader in the local real estate and civic community. He currently serves as the chair for a local non-profit supporting Veterans and homelessness. He is also a member of the Richmond Association of REALTORS® (RAR) and its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, having previously served on the RAR Programs Committee and the Virginia REALTORS® Member Communications Committee. He also gives back locally through his service on the YMCA Board at Swift Creek.
