A powerhouse in the industry with more than 26 years of experience, Suzanah steps into this leadership role following an exceptional career as a top-producing agent.

Suzanah understands the real estate business from the inside out. Since beginning her career, she has consistently ranked among the top agents locally, statewide, and nationally. A PenFed Elite agent, she is coming off a record-breaking 2025 in which she successfully closed 110 homes. This “in the trenches” experience means she knows firsthand the day-to-day challenges agents face, from navigating complex transactions to building a sustainable pipeline.

Beyond her production success, Suzanah brings a diverse leadership background to the Maryland region. She is an Associate Broker in Maryland, has been licensed in Delaware since 2000, and previously served as an instructor for pre-licensing and continuing education classes. Her expertise also extends to the title side of the business, having earned her Title Producer’s license in 2010 and successfully managed two title companies.
