In this executive leadership position, Chris will oversee PenFed Realty’s Florida region, encompassing the Santa Rosa Beach, Niceville, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola offices.

Chris brings a wealth of expertise to the role, with a distinguished real estate career spanning 16 years. Notably, for the past decade, he has served as a Vice President and Manager within PenFed Realty, consistently earning national recognition for sales excellence. 

Before entering real estate, Chris spent ten years in the financial industry with a specific focus on real estate-related transactions. Having held Mortgage, Series 7, Series 66, along with Health, and Variable Annuity licenses, he possesses a unique financial acumen that allows him to guide the region's operational strategy with a comprehensive perspective. “Real estate in Florida is dynamic and requires a deep understanding of both local nuances and broad economic shifts. My experience allows me to see the ‘big picture’ for business planning, while my role as Broker ensures I understand the granular details of contracts and compliance. Agents can rely on me to provide answers that are not just theoretically correct, but practically applicable to their deals,” shared Chris.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chris is deeply rooted in the local community. A resident of the Emerald Coast for 20 years, he currently serves as the Board Chair for the Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation.
